Please join representatives from FIFTEEN Architecture + Design and Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) for a tour of the new space at 4601 Market Street. Attendees will see how PHMC reimagined the former Provident building and carefully designed this space with the community and public health in mind. The enhanced design and modern technology inspires and transforms the ability to meet the needs of the clients and families it serves and the staff committed to its mission to create and sustain healthier communities.
